2026 Happy New Year! 新年快樂!
新年快樂！
過去一年對我而言是變化很大的一年……
三月從美國返台後，我積極投入骨盆復健，也很幸運地，一路遇到許多貴人相助。
台北與台中兩地穿梭雖然忙碌，但台中慈濟醫院、新店好孕診所、台大醫學院醫材所都給予我極大的支持，讓我能在骨盆復健專業持續發揮所長，陪伴、幫助了許多個案。
接下來也會展開臨床研究。在台中慈濟醫院與物理治療師合作，希望讓骨盆復健照護更全面、更紮實。
同時也開始在花蓮慈濟大學物理治療學系任教，把骨盆健康的概念向下一代專業人才傳遞。
今年也是重新找回「自己」的一年。空巢期後，我和許多老朋友重聚，不管是畫畫、旅行、學肚皮舞，生活節奏忙碌卻充滿能量。
同時熱情投入骨盆健康教育推廣，不論錄 podcast／YouTube、經營部落格、規劃課程，都讓我每天醒來充滿期待。
最要謝謝的是我的家人們:爸爸、媽媽、姐姐、伴侶、以及兩個逐漸走向世界、獨立而堅強的孩子們——有你們在身後支持、鼓勵，我才能放心全力向前，把熱愛的一切做到最好。

A Year of Growth — Pelvic Rehabilitation in Taiwan
2025 marks a full year since returning to Taiwan from the United States — a year filled with gratitude, growth, and meaningful work.Since resuming clinical practice, I have been honored to receive tremendous support across multiple institutions.
Between Taipei and Taichung, I currently provide pelvic rehabilitation services and clinical collaboration at:
- Taichung Tzu Chi Hospital – Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Felicity Clinic (OB-GYN), New Taipei
- NTU College of Medicine – Institute of Medical Device and Imaging.
In 2025, I also began teaching pelvic health physical therapy at Tzu Chi University (Hualien) and will soon launch a clinical research initiative in collaboration with physical therapists, aiming to strengthen, deepen, and systematize pelvic rehabilitation care in Taiwan.
Beyond clinical work, I continue to expand public pelvic health education — through podcasts, YouTube, blogs, and the development of structured courses. Sharing this knowledge with both the public and healthcare professionals remains one of the most meaningful drivers in my career.
Most importantly, I am deeply grateful for the unwavering support of my family. Their presence gives me the courage and space to grow professionally and serve more patients.
Looking Ahead — 2026 I plan to:
- Strengthen interdisciplinary clinical pathways for pelvic rehab
- Expand research-based collaborations.
- Explore international speaking and educational partnerships.
